BONUS: Honorable Mentions for Our Top 50 Reasons We Love Disney

Here’s a little extra magic for you - more reasons we love Disney! Because did you really think we could just stop?

For Chris, some of his honorable mentions are all the food experiences (including La Brea at Disneyland, Flame Tree Barbeque at Animal Kingdom, and Casey’s Corner at Magic Kingdom), all the different entertainment options, Disney+ and all the content it has given us over the last year and a half, the Marvel-ous Marvel shows (WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Loki), the various vacation planning resources, and Pixar. Heck, we could probably do an episode on reasons we love Pixar!

My honorable mentions included some of my favorite rides (specifically Pirates of the Caribbean and Peter Pan), creating something new out of something old (the Pirates movies, the Haunted Mansion movie, and soon the Jungle Cruise movie), the willingness to experiment and explore with new and limited-time offerings, Disney’s love for the environment (and their attractions that teach us about the environment), the continual process to progress and evolve with using new and cutting-edge technology like projections on buildings and trees, being good stewards of their property and not letting it deteriorate, and their commitment to theming and story (which creates the immersion experience in the parks).

Our honorable mentions could fill an episode of their own if we could go into detail. It all comes down to the fact that we love Disney. We hope you find a reason that speaks to you. Maybe you will look at the Disney entertainment or parks a different way.

It’s all of these reasons, and maybe a few more, that urge us to explore the grown-up side of Disney. We really don’t want to grow out of our Disney phase, and there’s not really a reason we need to grow out of it either.
