Bradley’s Current Disney+ Favorites
I’ve found a couple of things I’ve really been enjoying lately, whether it be while I fall asleep at night, on Saturday mornings with the kiddo, or in the background as I do other things. Here’s the list that I encourage you to enjoy:
Loki - The season just wrapped, and that was awesome! I’d say it’s a nice blend of WandaVision and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
The Mysterious Benedict Society - Tony Hale is great in this series based on the books. The plot revolves around some kids who are trying to find out what this “emergency” is and where it originates.
Sharks - The NatGeo section of Disney+ has a lot of new shark content to coincide with Discovery’s Shark Week. I love shark week, and I’m finding my fill with all these shark features on Disney+.
Dogs - My son loves dogs. At least, he likes looking at them. I’ve been showing him all sorts of dog features I watched growing up like Lady and the Tramp (the original) and 101 Dalmatians (again, the original) as well as some new ones like Bolt.
Cars - The other thing my son loves? Automobiles. Trucks are his favorite, but he points out every car and truck when we take our daily walks through the neighborhood. So naturally I introduced him to the Cars movies. We even watched Planes that doesn’t quite stack up to the Cars series, but it’s still pretty good. And I’ll say this again as I’ve said it previously - the worst Cars movie is still a lot better than any of the Frozen movies.
Monsters at Work - I just started this the other day, and then the kid started throwing a fit, so I haven’t gotten into it as much as I’d like. But more on this to come.
Those are what I’ve been watching lately. What has been “Now Playing” on your screen recently?
